Become empowered and inspired to be your personal best. Mary Quinn shares her mindfulness and gratitude-oriented approach to achieving a better quality of life.   

A life coach with over three decades of experience in the wellness industry, Mary’s diverse background includes exercise physiology, kinesiology, and psychology. She will lead a combination of group fitness classes and discussions relating to self-care.

Mary emphasizes that self-care goes beyond getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, fueling your body properly, and getting rid of clutter in your life (though also important!)

“Nurturing your mind, body, and spirituality allows you to have more to give, both now and in the future: more energy, more knowledge, more compassion, and greater strength with physical and mental endurance,” she says. “It’s your duty to care for yourself.”
