Permission to Play with Life Coach Cindy Clemens

Are you ready to open up to your playful side and be surprised by the possibilities of Summer? Join us for a delicious day of self-care, laughter, and fun.

Start the day with a welcome in the Gazebo followed by a “play shop” facilitated by Life Coach Cindy Clemens. You will discover how to embrace your playful side and stop putting off the fun in life. You will then enjoy a delicious lunch and have the afternoon to yourself to play at the Resort – take an exercise class, book a spa treatment (and get 30% off), walk the Labyrinth, shop at the Outfitters, or hang by the pool and soak up the sun. These are all possibilities for your Summer vacation kick off!

To be playful is not to be trivial or frivolous… To be playful is to allow for unlimited possibilities.

In 2006, Cindy Clemens published her book, Life Is a Do-Over: You Can Choose a New Path in Life. Available as an e-book at Amazon and Barnes & Noble, the book led to her affiliation with Red Mountain Resort where she is a frequent guest presenter providing talks, fire ceremonies, and life coaching sessions for the guests. She also maintains a private coaching practice and is a popular speaker and workshop facilitator in southern Utah and Las Vegas.

After graduating from Occidental College in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Cindy attended Hastings College of Law and was sworn in as a member of the California State Bar in 1985. She began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor and appellate attorney for the City of Los Angeles.

In early 1990, Cindy moved to the Central Coast of California and was hired as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of San Luis Obispo, where she worked for eight years as an in-house municipal attorney. Rekindling her passion for theater, she became involved in the San Luis Obispo Community Theater, acting in several productions and serving on the Board of Directors.

In 1998 while enjoying an extended cross-country RV trip, she discovered the profession of life-coaching and knew it would be her new career. She graduated from the two-year training program at Coach U and began sharing lessons and strategies for building a stronger personal foundation and making better life choices. The final piece fell into place when she found her new home amidst the spectacular red rocks and mountains of southern Utah.
