MELT Method with Creator Sue Hitzmann

This very special Weekend Wellness Event offers you the opportunity to experience a MELT Intro Workshop - as demonstrated by its creator Sue Hitzmann.

Come to a MELT Intro Workshop and experience changes in how your body looks and feels. Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life.

This all-levels workshop will use a MELT Soft Body Roller and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains, and unwanted signs of aging. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.

What is MELT? The MELT Method® is a simple self-treatment designed to help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Using a soft roller and small balls, MELT is like a gentle massage. MELT restores the supportiveness of the body’s connective tissue to eliminate chronic pain, improve performance, and decrease the accumulated stress caused by repetitive postures and movements of everyday living.
