Drumming for Emotional Release

Nurture your creativity, find tools for safe emotional expression, laugh and feel awesome.

Join us for another Wellness Event, with Daniel Adams, Music Therapist, SCMT, MT, BC.

This is an interactive drumming workshop, where you can nurture your creativity, find tools for safe emotional expression, laugh and feel awesome. There are many proven benefits to group hand drumming, and clinical research trials have shown that it lowers blood pressure, reduces the stress hormone cortisol, boosts the immune system with increased t-cell and cytokine production.

Drumming is a safe space to experience the full spectrum of what we experience, from epic sunsets to grief and everything in between. It’s a safe space to find our voice, find our rhythm, and laugh, cry, and beat out anything ready to move.

Rhythm feeds the body

Melody feeds the heart

Silence feeds the mind

Harmony feeds the Soul

YOU is where it all comes together

The Drumming Workshop will be from 10:30am - 11:30am at our Glen Canyon Gazebo. Lunch is included in our Canyon Breeze Restaurant from 11:30am - 1:30pm. Participants can take advantage of 30% off a treatment on the day of the event at Sagestone Spa & Salon and enjoy the amenities at Red Mountain Resort.
