The Weekend Warrior Retreat is designed for the active individual that wants to rev up their fitness and health routine.

You’ll experience encouraging one-on-one sessions with a fitness professional that will help build a workout plan that works specifically for you, and you’ll feel the support and comradery that spontaneously flow during your groups’ specialty workshops. Although, we encourage our Warriors to experience our daily hikes and additional fitness classes, it is not required.

Because the Weekend Warrior comes in different shapes, sizes and fitness experience, this retreat has some wiggle room; you may choose to stay active from sun up to sun down or to take a little relaxation time in between your scheduled activities. We can help you customize your Weekend Warrior Retreat.

Included in this Package

Rigorous but fun, this 4 day 3 night personalized retreat is aimed at breaking through weight loss and performance plateaus. Get results by starting your day with a challenging hike and spend the afternoons in a series of transforming small group classes and activities, where our trainers can give you individualized instruction.

  • Thursday 6:30PM Orientation Dinner
  • Friday-Daily Hike (check schedule) 11am Personal Training, 1:30pm Fitness Class, 2:30pm Canyon View Yoga, 4:30pm Fitness Class
  • Saturday-Daily Hike (check schedule) 11am Personal Training, 1:30pm Boot Camp, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm Fitness Classes
  • Sunday-6:00AM TRX Class, Daily Hike, 11am Fitness Class. 12pm Departure
