$1,450 for Single Occupancy in our Desert oasis Accommodations
Reset your metabolic engine while revitalizing your spirit with a 4-day, 3-night Red Mountain Resort getaway. This wellness package includes all of the components of our Essential Retreat, plus $450 in personalized assessments and training performed by our Wellness Professionals to determine your specific caloric needs to optimize and maintain your metabolism and become your healthy best! Each retreat is Thursday through Sunday. This retreat is $1,450 for single occupancy in our Desert Oasis accommodations. Villa and double occupancy rates are also available. Taxes are not included.

Resting Metabolic Rate Testing
Key to creating your individual weight management program is measuring your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). Through a breath test called Indirect Calorimetry, which measures heat production, we are able to accurately determine the calories that you need to reach your weight loss/fat loss goals. During this personalized assessment you will wear a mask that fits over your nose and mouth. For the most accurate results, please refrain from eating, drinking, and exercising for 8 hours prior to your assessment.
InBODY Composition Analysis
See what your body weight is made up of. Our state of the art, InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer goes beyond the scale and specifically identifies what your total weight consists of, differentiating between fat, muscle and water. We use this data to create a personalized exercise and nutrition plan with a goal to improve body composition and set appropriate weight management goals.
Mindful Meal Planning
This session is all about you. You’ll meet with our wellness professional to develop a personalized nutrition protocol aimed at optimizing your weight loss without compromising your overall health and wellness. You will learn how to develop a daily nutrition strategy, focusing on portions and portion sizes as well as meal frequency and composition.
Customized Fitness Plan
This is an in-depth private training session to develop a customized exercise program for you to continue at home.
Mindful Dining Luncheon
Our Mindful Eating specialist will guide your through lunch at the Canyon Breeze Restaurant. You will have a brief introduction to the principles to improve your own mindfulness each day and then you will receive tools and practice to eat more mindfully, with more awareness and presence, ultimately finding the experience to be as satiating as the food.
It’s back to your workout attire and shoes again. You get to pick your favorite – treadmill, stationary bike or elliptical machine for this one. It’s a group workshop to show you how to use your heart rate monitors while reinforcing the importance of using your personalized heart rate information to increase fat burning exercise.
