Back on Track Series $325 – 4 sessions over 3 hours
This can be completed in 1 day, or spread over multiple days as the guest desires.
The Back on Track sessions are designed to provide you with a comprehensive assessment of your current body composition, and provide you with knowledge and tools to guide you as you work with our caring professionals to improve your overall health.
A Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Analysis – to determine your unique caloric needs. This is performed early in the morning.
An InBody Assessment – your body is so much more than the numbers on the scale, this quick session provides you with the details on your complex body make up.
Mindful Meal Planning Session – learn ways to stop obsessing over calories and build a healthy daily plan.
Customized Fitness Plan with Cardio Training - Receive two individualized plans from our trainer to guide you at home. One plan concentrates on your personal strength goals and the second will teach you how to optimize your workouts using your ideal heart rate zones.
