Lime Pot de Crème

Ingredients

  • ‍1/3 cup key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions

  1. ‍Blend all items on high 2-3 minutes
  2. Divide into six ramekins
  3. Place ramekins in 2" full pan
  4. Fill with hot water level to the créme
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
  6. Chill
