Lime Pot de Crème

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
Directions
- Blend all items on high 2-3 minutes
- Divide into six ramekins
- Place ramekins in 2" full pan
- Fill with hot water level to the créme
- Bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
