Active Yoga
A complete practice of sun salutations, active standing and balancing postures, floor poses and guided meditation. Previous yoga experience recommended.
Chiball™ Stretch
Gently massage your muscles and open the body using scented chi balls to release tension and restore energy.
Gentle Yoga
Practicing gentle postures in a safe environment, you’ll learn to cultivate mental, physical and emotional balance.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga uses breath, mantra, yogic postures and meditation to help maintain a healthy spine and strengthening the nervous and glandular systems. This class can help one become aware of much more than just the strength of the body as it also helps facilitate physical, emotional and spiritual change. Kundalini yoga is yoga for the mind, body and spirit.
MELT® Method
This practice of self treatment is done by utilizing three small balls of different sizes and firmness, which results in improved flexibility and mobility, posture and range of motion. Begin the class with a self-assessment of your body's alignment. After a 45-minute self-treatment of controlled movement and light Hands-Off Bodywork™ massage techniques, you will reassess your body alignment to see how responsive your body really is.
Morning Stretch
This rejuvenating class will help enhance your flexibility with exercises facilitated by the use of straps, tubing and exercise balls.
Tai Chi
Involves a series of choreographed moves that flow together like a slow motion dance done in precise order to facilitate fitness, relaxation and mental concentration. Cultivate your body's wisdom and its natural tendency towards balance and regeneration.
Total Stretch
Using the exercise ball, this class will help you develop balance, flexibility and mobility.
