Core Conditioning
Using a variety of equipment, this workout focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.
Power Pilates®
Classical Pilates exercises to increase strength and flexibility, lengthen the body and align the spine.
Total Body Conditioning
Using body bars, medicine balls and/or fitballs, this class targets the upper body, lower body, back and abdominals.
