Kim is an ACSM certified personal trainer and has been an A.C.E. certified group instructor since 1989. Her knowledge of fitness is deep, her enthusiasm contagious. She has studied Nia® under inventors Debbie and Carlos Rosas, and is currently a Blue Belt Nia instructor.
Certified with the A.E.A. (Aquatics Exercise Association), Kim is passionate about water fitness. “It’s the perfect medium for fitness at any level,” she says. “By using the different properties of water such as resistance, buoyancy and hydrostatic pressure, we can improve our cardiovascular systems as well as increase our strength, endurance and flexibility.”
Kim holds certifications with Reebok® Coreboard, Spinning®, Balletone®, Nia® and Poolates™.
