H2O Lab combines shallow water boot camp drills with deep water suspension training. Burn Lab fuses mixed martial arts to interval training. Build Lab is a no weights, weight workout for adults using your body weight as resistance. Restore Lab is designed to strengthen and lengthen all the major muscles in your body in just 25-minutes.
