~Resort enables guests to maintain their promises for better wellness year-round~
ST. GEORGE, UTAH, January 18, 2011 As the excitement of the New Year begins to subside, it's easy to let goals slip and leave promises unfulfilled, especially when it comes to one's health. While it's no surprise that many are eager to achieve real change when it comes to their health and diet, how many realistically stay true to this commitment? That's why this 2011, the experts at Red Mountain Resort & Spa are working diligently to equip guests with the skills they need to carry out their wellness goals for the long term.
"Health and fitness goals are often broken because people try to reach unattainable benchmarks through short-term sacrifices or drastic changes. The key is to make permanent, healthy and manageable adjustments," says Tracey Welsh, General Manager of Red Mountain Resort & Spa. "Forget the scales and rigid timetables, our programs are designed to help guests achieve and maintain a healthy mind and body and provide them with the tools needed to foster this mindset long after they leave."
Red Mountain's hottest new programs and lecture series encourage guests to make sustainable changes by taking small, but proactive steps towards a healthier, mind, body and spirit. For instance, guests hoping to relieve stress, can try the MELT Method®, a hand and foot treatment which utilizes three small balls of different structure and size to improve body alignment, posture, mobility, and flexibility. Each class leads participants through a 50-minute exercise using controlled movement and massage techniques to relieve tension throughout the body. In addition, guests can take advantage of Red Mountain's engaging lecture series, designed not only to educate guests on sustainable health choices, but work to keep their resolutions intact year-round. Lectures include:
- Are you living "The Good Life?"
Create your path to begin living a life full of love, health, money, and time
