Eat Well, Feel Well
This is our nutrition philosophy at Red Mountain Resort. In addition to using the healthiest, highest quality ingredients available, we educate our guests through cooking demonstrations, presentations by our wellness team and the Eat Well, Feel Well Culinary School. Changing the way we think about food is the key to optimal weight maintenance and overall health. We do not advocate deprivation or severe restriction, as we know it is not conducive to long-term success or a healthy short-term solution.
Meals included in Red Mountain packages are satisfying and energizing, nutritious and delicious. Meals at the Canyon Breeze Restaurant can be purchased as part of a room package or à la carte. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style and a three-course seasonal menu is presented for evening dining. Smoothies, organic coffee drinks, sodas, pizzas, sandwiches and healthy snacks may be purchased at the Canyon Café. We also offer a distinguished selection of fine wines and beers on the dinner menu at Canyon Breeze Restaurant.
We support kosher, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets, and nutritional information is available for each dish or food served. If you have questions, special dietary needs or food allergies, please identify your needs to our reservation agent, or contact Red Mountain's Executive Chef, Dale Van Sky directly.
Meet Our Chefs
From tofu ceviche to carrot peanut butter, our culinary team is constantly creating unique dishes that are both nutrient-rich and full of flavor. They also love sharing their expertise with guests through cooking demonstrations—a fun, informative experience with recipes and techniques you can take home with you and try in your own kitchen.

Dinner: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
