In our culture great emphasis is placed on activity and movement, but health requires that we have an appropriate balance of activity, rest, movement, and stillness. Restorative Yoga is a practice that will help you learn to relax and rest deeply and completely in supported yoga poses. This experience will bring ease and calm to your mind and body balancing the autonomic nervous system, greatly reducing anxiety, stress from travel, muscle fatigue, insomnia or just general fatigue. Please bring a pair of socks to this workshop.
